Zoning By-law Amendment application by KingSett Capital to facilitate redevelopment of the northeast corner of Bathurst Street and St Clair Avenue West in Toronto's Forest Hill neighbourhood. Three residential towers are proposed, each rising to 30 storeys from a 7-storey podium. Designed by Quadrangle, the proposal includes 944 residential units and 2,264 m2 of retail space on the ground floor, and three-levels of underground parking with 531 spaces for residents, visitors, retail and the adjacent St. Michael's College.
