Today's Photo of the Day features a snapshot of Front Street showing some recent changes in the area surrounding Union Station. Submitted to the UrbanToronto Flickr Pool by Richard Pilon, this east-facing view looks over the Front and Bay intersection towards the five-storey Dominion Public Building. In the background, new additions L Tower and Backstage on The Esplanade are adding new residential density to the area, while a portion of the ongoing revitalization of Union Station can also be seen at the lower right of the image.
