The first condominium development planned to rise in the third phase of the Regent Park Revitalization, The Daniels Corporation's The Wyatt will occupy Block 26 of the neighbourhood, along the south side of Dundas, just east of Sumach Street. The 27-storey KPMB Architects-designed tower will add 342 suites to the evolving neighbourhood, with unit sizes ranging from studio to three-bedroom layouts and prices starting from the low $200,000s.

We got our first glimpse of the development's IBI Group-designed interiors back in September, when renderings of the building's party room and craft room spaces were revealed. Since then, new renderings of some of the other offerings within the “Club Wyatt” amenity area have been revealed, showing spaces that cater to a range of lifestyles and supporting everything from established families to single young professionals.

The Wyatt's fitness centre will feature floor-to-ceiling glazing that fills the space with natural light, and offer a range of workout equipment. Equipped with Wellbeats™ technology, the fitness centre will allow residents to take advantage of a "virtual personal trainer," capable of teaching programs on various techniques including kickboxing and yoga.

Complementing the craft room shown in an earlier article, the fourth floor of the project's six-storey podium will include a Kids’ Zone. Outfitted by children's toy retailer Mastermind, the colourful play area will include activities including toys, books, puzzles, a play room, and a cleaning counter.

Ample outdoor space will be provided to residents in the form of a terrace area containing a fireplace, a childrens' play area, as well as seating and barbecue areas. While not included in the rendering below, the outdoor terrace will also contain community gardening plots, a feature that has become a popular offering within other Daniels Corporation developments.
