The project is bringing 191 residences to the Davisville area in a range of floorplans, from 295 ft² studios all the way up to 1,650 ft². Many two-bedroom layouts make for family-sized suites as an alternative to the increasing scarce supply of single-family housing in the area around Yonge and Davisville.
