With construction activity now heating up the the Mississauga site of VANDYK group of companies' The Craftsman Condominium Residences, the 4.4-acre Clarkson Village community-to-be is offering a limited-time summer promotion on a number of layouts. The 'Suites of the Summer' promotion will offer purchasers the chance to pay only 10% down on all suites under 1,000 square-feet in size.

The promotion applies to a number of layouts, including the one-bedroom 'The Winslow' at 605 square feet. Three one bedroom+den floorplans will qualify for the promotion, including the 660 square foot 'The Oak Park', the 728 square foot 'The Larkin', and the 809 square foot 'The Bexhill'. Three two-bedroom floorplans will qualify for the promotion as well, including the 727 square foot 'The Bradley', the 787 square foot 'The Rattray', and the 960 square foot 'The Meadowood'. The four-storey, SMV Architects-designed condominium community is now over 75% sold, with many of the remaining suites sized under 1,000 square feet. Starting in price at $304,990, suites in The Craftsman Condominium Residences will feature standard finishes including smooth 9” ceilings, modern engineered hardwood floors, and polished quartz kitchen countertops. Residents of the development will have access to the  “Clarkson Club”, featuring a party room and lounge, as well as the natural appeal of the adjacent Birchwood Park and nearby Rattray Marsh Conservation Area.
