April's most popular dataBase file was Mizrahi's proposed 'The One', the height of which was recently reduced to 304.3 metres. The second most popular dataBase file was for One Bloor East, now topped off and racing towards completion at the southeast corner of Yonge and Bloor.

The most popular Forum thread from April was that of the Sun Life Financial Tower & Harbour Plaza Residences. Finishing touches are being applied to the development's office tower at 1 York Street, while the project's two condo towers climb higher into the South Core area's skyline. April's second most popular Forum thread was for the ongoing Union Station Revitalization project, which has become even more visible to commuters since work began inside the station's Great Hall.
