More new density is on the way for Toronto's Bayview Village neighbourhood, where Haven Developments are poised to announce a new mid-rise condo project called SIX25BV. Designed by Teeple Architects, the 8-storey development will feature 146 residential units, with the first renderings of the project showing a somewhat eclectic architectural expression that subtly mixes a variety of typologies into a coherent whole.

Located on Sheppard just east of the Bayview—and the Bayview Village shopping centre—the project is set to feature II by IV Design interior decor alongside landscaping by Terraplan. According to Haven Developments, the building's units will be a combination of lofts, condo suites, and townhomes, combining different types of housing within a single rectilinear form. The architectural expression along the exterior reflects this variety, with each type of home receiving a custom exterior treatment. Suites will range in size approximately from 450 ft² to 1,350 ft². A closer look at the public realm, image courtesy of Haven Developments

With the project expect to launch soon—and an on-site sales centre opening in the Spring—we will keep you updated as more information becomes available in the coming weeks. In the meantime, check out or associated database page for a by-the-numbers rundown of what we know so far. Want to share your thoughts about the development?
