Sales are well under way for Islington Terrace, a new vertical community by Tridel and Kirkor Architects Planners coming to Bloor and Islington, that will feature three condominium towers rising from a shared podium. The eponymous first phase 45-storey tower has been in sales for several months now, and Tridel is following on its success by introducing the second tower at Islington Terrace, the 38-storey BLOORVISTA.

BLOORVISTA at Islington Terrace will offer a mix of 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom + den, 2 bedroom and 2 bedroom + den suites, ranging in size from 407 to 1,545 square feet, with prices starting in the mid $200,000s. Units will offer open concept living and entertainment areas, as well as designer styled kitchens, while a choice of conventional or Juliet balconies will offer residents fresh air and views of the surrounding city. The release of suites at BLOORVISTA gives potential purchasers who missed out on their desired suites in the first phase a second chance to get a similar suite in the new phase.

Residents of BLOORVISTA will have access to the same generous amenity offerings as Islington Terrace's first phase, including a party room featuring bar and lounge areas, a theatre, a private dining room, a games room, and family-friendly spaces like a Children’s Play Zone offering a splash pool and playroom. Outdoor spaces will also be offered on the rooftop of the development's shared podium.
