A long anticipated addition to the up-and-coming Kingston Road Village by TAS, in partnership with Main and Main Developments, is set for ground breaking next weekend as Kingston&Co. Condominiums prepares to take its place in Toronto's east end. The new Teeple Architects-designed mid-rise condo building will bring 140 new units and ground level retail to the neighbourhood, with plenty of amenities for residents to enjoy.

Located along Kingston Road near Victoria Park Avenue, the building is well-connected to public transit and the nearby beach, nestled within a quiet, family-oriented community. The distinct mid-rise building features 70 unique floor plans to choose from, with plenty of common areas and facilities designed with the residents' comfort in mind. Over half of the building's suites will exceed 800 square feet, with units ranging in size from studios to three bedroom + dens. As well, the stepped terrace design of the building will provide plenty of private outdoor space for the upper units.

The building offers the expected amenities—a fitness centre, common lounge, and a rooftop terrace—but goes the extra mile to provide additional services, such as a car wash station, a yoga room, a workshop and tool room, and a pet wash station. The rooftop terrace, with views toward the lake, will provide communal garden space for residents, with barbecues and plenty of lounge areas to relax in the sun.
