With around 90% of the building's 365 units sold, Plaza's 50 at Wellesley Station is scheduled to begin construction this fall in Toronto's Church-Wellesley Village. The 37-storey, Quadrangle Architects-designed condominium tower will rise on the north side of Wellesley Street East, right between Yonge and Church Streets, in one of Downtown Toronto's most vibrant and culturally significant neighbourhoods.

Residents of the new development will enjoy a selection of amenity spaces on the second floor, including a media room, a yoga room, and both indoor and outdoor lounge areas. The building amenities will be complimented by the many neighbourhood offerings of the Church-Wellesley Village, the heart of Toronto's LGBTQ community. The Village offers plenty of dining opportunities and nightlife, as well as outdoor gathering spaces like Barbara Hall Park, and the Paul Kane House Parkette which is situated to the immediate east of 50 at Wellesley Station. As the name implies, the development is steps away from Wellesley Station on the TTC's Line 1, giving residents easy access to transit.

The most recent release of units for the tower were for penthouse units, which are priced starting from $675,000 for a 835 square-foot, three bedroom corner suite, with prices going up to $939,000 for a 1283 square-foot, three bedroom suite - the largest floorplan offered in the development. You can learn more about the newly released penthouse suites by visiting 50 at Wellesley Station's sales centre, located onsite, between Noon and 6 PM Mondays to Thursdays, and 11 AM to 5 PM weekends and holidays.
