The natural setting of Brookbanks Park and Deerlick Creek are among the many factors driving sales at Urban Capital and ALIT DevelopmentsThe Ravine, a new master-planned community that will revitalize a 13-acre site at York Mills Road and the Don Valley Parkway. As sales continue for the 336 units being offered in the development's 29-storey, Rafael + Bigauskas Architects-designed first phase, the developers behind the project are aiming to show off the site's natural appeal with the hosting of an afternoon of yoga and meditation in Brookbanks Park, this Saturday, June 20th.

Guests are encouraged to bring their families to the event, which will take place at noon on Saturday, starting in The Ravine's presentation centre at 1213 York Mills Road. Guests will be offered a tour of the model suite on display before heading to the adjacent Brookbanks Park, where yoga towels and juice from Greenhouse Juice will be provided.

While the development is offering a selection of Cecconi Simone-designed amenities and common areas including a fitness centre, golf simulator, a dog washing bay, and a rooftop terrace, the park will act as a hub for the new master-planned community, bringing residents together in a setting that encourages physical activity.
