Property developer Metrus, one of the largest land development companies in the GTA, made the announcement earlier today that the company is rebranding and changing its name to DG Group. “Our corporate philosophy is designed around bringing life to land,” said DG Group President, Robert De Gasperis. “This means our company embraces community building through harmonious land use, innovative development practices and enriching our connection with our natural environment.”

DG Group traces its roots back to the 1970s when at the close of the decade, sewer and watermain contractor ConDrain expanded into community and neighbourhood development, becoming Metrus Development Inc. Over the three and a half decades since, the company has developed a wide portfolio of properties in the GTA and around Southern Ontario, and continues to expand upon its offerings.
