The Humber Bay Shores area of south Etobicoke is growing up fast, with new high-rise condominium towers continuing to reshape this part of the city. Only ten years ago the area was known for its seedy hotels. Those are now long gone, and towering condos now take advantage of the views across the bay to Toronto's Downtown skyline. One of the many developments rising here is the Times Group's Key West, now over half way to the top and beginning to make its impact known from various points in the surrounding neighbourhood.

The Burka Architects-designed 44-storey condominium tower rises on the east bank of Mimico Creek along Park Lawn Road. Cladding installation is now progressing on the tower, with vertical precast concrete piers now covering much of the east facade, and glass now sealing off the first few storeys of the tower.

Key West includes 421 condominium suites, ranging in size from 520 ft² to 1,225 ft². The development will also house six retail / commercial units, which will bring new businesses to complement the shops and restaurants going in at neighbouring South Beach and Westlake developments.

Residents of Key West will enjoy a range of amenities including a games room, gym, yoga studio, party room, demonstration kitchen, a billiards room, a library, and a roof deck.
