The marketing is heating up for Lash Group Of Companies' ME Living Condos, a multi-phased 911-unit residential development consisting of 4 towers and town homes, as four new floors of condominium units have been added to the tallest towers at the Turner Fleischer Architects-masterplanned project at Markham and Ellesmere in Scarborough.
With two new penthouse floors atop each tower boasting 12 foot ceilings, the units here will be known as the Sky Suites. All of these penthouse units will feature balconies or terraces, including two-bedroom-plus-den layouts, which feature 300+ square-foot terraces. The ‘Linda’ and ‘Layla’ plans in particular will offer buyers a total of more than 1,230 square feet of indoor-outdoor living space.
As with previously released units at ME Living, buyers of these Sky Suites will have access to a large selection of amenities, which we covered in detail in a previous report on the project, including a party room with a demo kitchen and private dining area, a multi-purpose sports lounge and games room, a screening room, a gym, a rooftop terrace with swimming pool and indoor/outdoor lounges, a reflecting pool that becomes a skating rink in the wintertime, and a pair of guest suites.
ME Living will put residents in close proximity to both the TTC and Highway 401, as well as the many shops and restaurants of the nearby Scarborough Town Centre. In addition, the area is also rich with outdoor destinations including the Scarborough Bluffs, the Toronto Zoo, Rouge Park, trails, and golf courses.
