Scarborough is currently the focus of much of the debate on transit improvements in the 416, and at the same time as we seek the best ways to make getting around easier, this eastern part of Toronto is also seeing intensified interest in getting the best out of under-utilized land.
One of the most ambitious redevelopment efforts coming to Scarborough now is Lash Group Of Companies' ME Living Condos, a multi-phased 672-unit development consisting of 4 towers and a row of townhomes to the east. The Turner Fleischer Architects-designed project will boast 640 condominium units and 146 rental apartments, and will be built in four phases, the first of which is a 24-storey tower to be followed by future 24, 16 and 12 storey buildings.

The first phase of the development is offering a wide selection of amenities on both its ground floor and podium rooftop. The ground floor amenity areas, which are featured on the floor plan below, include a sports lounge with games area, yoga area, billiard table, bar and multiple plasma screens.
