It's been less than two months since the grand opening launch of TWENTY, the latest addition to the Carnaby development by Dundee Realty and Streetcar Developments, and in that short time the condominium is now already over 70% sold. Much of TWENTY's success can be attributed to the development's mix of modern loft living, entertainment and wellness amenities, and pedestrian- and cyclist-friendly spaces, all within the hip and vibrant Queen West neighbourhood.

In designing TWENTY Lofts, Streetcar recognized the importance of the building's fit with its surroundings, while still emanating its own distinct personality. This is particularly important given its location in the heart of Toronto's Art and Design District, where people are looking for style, creativity, and healthy, connected lifestyles. On-site amenities include a wifi and media lounge, party and game rooms, a fitness centre complete with yoga studio, weight rooms, and state-of-the art equipment, as well as an outdoor sun deck and new urban park.

One of the key elements in the community, is known as "the Row" - a pedestrian and cyclist-friendly, landscaped esplanade that will connect residents with neighbours, shops, cafes, galleries, and a Metro grocery store. This of course is in addition to the countless other neighbourhood features such as 24-hour TTC service, restaurants, nightlife, and landmark destinations that the Queen & Gladstone area is known for.

On the outside, the 7-storey, TACT Architecture-designed condo, completes the master-planned community with its contemporary design utilizing a combination of building materials including brick, concrete, glass, and steel—plus terraces and balconies from where the residents can enjoy it all!

Interiors in TWENTY Lofts are by Toronto design firm Seven Haus, known for their distinctive, edgy, and urban style. Suites will be finished with engineered hardwood floors, frosted glass sliding bedroom doors, high-gloss cabinetry, integrated appliance packages and contemporary fixtures and lighting. Contributing to the modern loft living experience, suites will feature nine-foot exposed concrete ceilings and concrete columns.
