Designed by Quadrangle Architects, the project incorporates art deco inspired-flare with modern touches which complement the design of its neighbouring earlier phases at West Harbour City. Scheduled for completion in late 2013, the project's two towers are now approaching their topping off point at 17 and 15 storeys respectively.
