The design of Yonge + Rich, a new condo project by Great Gulf in Downtown Toronto, has evolved somewhat following discussions with the City of Toronto and a presentation to the City's Design Review Panel. What was a more stepped design has now morphed somewhat, taking on more of a look of two joined towers now, at least from the viewpoint to the southwest of the complex, seen below.
