As Toronto's core continues to absorb more and more residents and businesses, so too are the surrounding neighbourhoods intensifying. Located close to St. Clair West station at 1486 Bathurst one the edge of Forest Hill is Forest Hill 3, the newest residential and retail development from the Goldman Group. The proposal is still in its early stages but there are a few things we know so far. Goldman is planning an 18-storey residential tower with the ground floor bringing 148 square metres of retail space for the area.

The building steps down in height from the Forest Hill 1 at the corner of St. Clair and Bathurst to the south, and the older apartment building to the north. Goldman Group has enlisted EI Richmond Architects for design work on the project which when complete would add 105 new residential units to the neighbourhood. 59 parking spots are proposed below grade. The development's back side faces Raglan Avenue where the parking entrance and loading dock will be located.
