The 1882-built Toronto Silverplate Building features prominently in this shot by UrbanToronto Forum member Atlantis. The shot focuses on construction progress at Freed Development's Fashion House condominium project on King Street West. The heritage Silverplate building will be restored as part of the redevelopment of the site which is bringing a stepped 12-storey residential building development designed by Core Architects. It has not been announced yet what businesses or other uses will set up in the Silverplate building, but one can image stores and restaurants as possibilities.
