Excavation is now underway at The Madison - a twin tower mixed use development located at Dunfield and Eglinton.  The project, developed by Madison Homes and designed by Kirkor Architects, will feature countless amenities including a 2-storey gym, wetbar, zen garden and a Loblaws supermarket. The completed 33 and 30 storey residential towers will be steps away from the Eglinton TTC station - a future transit interchange when the Eglinton Crosstown LRT opens.

Progress is now visible at the northeast end of the site, where the pit has passed a depth of one floor and the first row of tiebacks have been anchored in place.
