The financial district has begun to expand, replicating itself south of Front Street and beyond its traditional boundaries. The largest byproduct of this expansion is the Southcore Financial Centre. With work already completed on the PricewaterhouseCoopers Building, it will soon be joined by KPMB's 30-storey Bremner Tower and a 45-storey Delta Hotel designed by Page + Steele. Captured by Forum member Jasonzed, the elevator shaft of the hotel is visible on the lower left hand side of the image while the footprint of the office tower can be seen directly to the east.

Developed by Great West Life and bcIMC, the complex is scheduled to be completed by 2014. To learn more about the project, a link to our dataBase page has been provided below along with a link to the corresponding Forum thread.
