Pinnacle International, who created the Pinnacle Centre at Harbour and Bay Streets in Downtown Toronto, and is working on Pinnacle Adelaide condos in the Entertainment District and Pinnacle Grand Park to the west of Square One, is now also moving ahead with their fourth GTA project, Pinnacle Uptown, north of Square One in Mississauga. Pinnacle uptown is a master planned community that will be spread out over 36.5 acres, and which will feature a variety mix of highrises, midrises, townhouses, retail and commercial developments.
The frist phase is a two-tower project called Crystal designed by Richmond Architects. Its 24 and 28-storey towers are situated near the southeast corner of the site where Eglinton Avenue and Hurontario Street meet. Interiors are designed by Tanner Hill Associates, while the extensive landscaping is by the NAK Design Strategies.
