Today's Photo Of The Day is taken from our recent tour of Empire Communities' new Beyond The Sea condos. It shows the amazing views that purchasers will have of downtown Toronto, Lake Ontario and beyond.

It also shows the land in the foreground, formerly the Etobicoke motel strip, which is rapidly being turned into a very urban setting. Here's a look at what is planned here in the future.

The information on the map is still tentative for some of the projects which brings us to Eau du Soleil condos. Also by Empire Communities, the project will be located at 2183 Lakeshore West, which you can see at the bottom of the map. You can see location better in this close up shot. The site is the building with the yellow sign stretching down towards the lake.

The map indicates two 50 storey towers are planned for the site. Well rumours are rampant within the UrbanToronto Forum that at least one of the towers will be much taller. In fact taller than any of the other towers now located or planned for Humber Bay. Can't wait until we get a first look at the renderings.
