Location highlights:
Eau Du Soleil will be located in the beautiful Etobicoke waterfront. This well-established community is known for its scenic lakefront parks and excellent recreational facilities. The Metropolitan Toronto Region Conservation Authority has recently established a wetland habitat in Humber Bay Park located along Lake Shore Boulevard West at Park Lawn Road. This peninsula park, joined together by a pedestrian bridge, is part of the Martin Goodman Trail, and also includes a butterfly conservatory. Two Towers; Sky Tower and Water Tower
First to be released, the Sky Tower will be one of the tallest buildings on the water in Canada towering at 66 storeys and 750 residential suites, with a tentative occupancy of 2017. The Water Tower will be 45 storeys, with sales to launch in 2013. Altogether there will be over 1200 residential suites between the 2 towers and the podium.

Suite highlights:
Sky Tower has a variety of floor plans from 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms, ranging from 485 -1070 square feet. All suites have full size balconies, and a bbq is included with each suite purchase, so residents can enjoy outdoor living at its finest. Suites in the Terra collection (select suites on floors 3 – 16) will include spacious terraces.
