Today's Photo Of The Day is a look at the end of an era as the last of the General Motors TTC buses are pulled from the fleet. According to UrbanToronto Forum member APTA-2048 today is the last day that these buses will be used by the TTC.

It's extremely likely tomorrow is the last day for the GM buses in Toronto. Step entrance, not wheelchair accessible, and no air conditioning, no doubt some people will be happy when these are withdrawn. But after catching a few last rides and hearing people's comments, at least some of the general public are disappointed to hear they will disappear.
