Soon to join Toronto's Forest Hill neighbourhood is The Hill Condos project. Developed by BSaR, the nine-storey building is located at 925-935 Eglinton Avenue West and Chiltern Hill Road, just West of Bathurst Street. It is designed by CORE Architects, with interiors by Mike Niven Interior Design Inc. Rumours on the UrbanToronto Forum are that the project will include 94 residential units, as well as three levels of below-grade parking. Below are renderings of what we can expect to see upon completion.
