We just got our hands on a detailed rendering for 170 Spadina, the new condominium by Tri-Win International to be erected where at the old Blockbuster store location, just north of Queen Street West. The project is slated to be 17 storeys and consist of 186 units.

Information is still scarce, but the release of the rendering implies the project is moving along well, and we can expect to receive more details as it progresses. We can't wait to see what the developers have in store for this largely-ignored stretch of Spadina, and are excited to see how it unfolds within the changing Queen West/Chinatown neighbourhood.

Check out our new Database page for this project here; keep an eye out for more information, or join the conversation on the project's thread in UT's Forum here.
