Word has come to us that phase 3 of the Waterpark Place office complex is coming to 85 Harbour Street. Called Waterpark Place III, it will consist of a 30 storey tower with a seven-storey podium, three levels of below grade parking and retail on the first and second floors. Construction on the Oxford Properties' owned property will actually start at the beginning of November when sidewalks on Harbour and Queens Quay will be closed for construction. Work is expected to be completed in October 2014. Word is RBC will be the main tenant of the project.

What amazing run Toronto has had in recent both in residential and office construction. Good to see another parking lot disappear and good to see more jobs move downtown.
