Minto has just released renderings for their latest exciting development, WaterGarden, in Thornhill:

From the the street, its sleek mid-rise design is certainly dashing, but its biggest secret lies within its inner courtyard...

Taking to the next level the landscaped pool which Minto appointed the garden with at their Minto Spring project in North York, WaterGarden will feature an extensive water-filled outdoor space for its residents, one which serves as the development's outdoor lounge, its sun deck, and its entertaining space. This is the rare condominium where the name actually tells you something about the project: it is one giant water garden, effortlessly co-mingling water with greenery, glass, and creature comforts. Striking!

This fabulous courtyard comes to WaterGarden thanks to Paul Ferris of Ferris & Associates, Inc. The development itself is designed by Sol Wassermuhl of the renowned Page + Steele Architects.

Minto will surely turn heads with this one, and we at UrbanToronto really hope for the opportunity to experience its courtyard oasis on a hot summer day!

WaterGarden will soon spring up at Yonge and Arnold just north of the city. While it is in sales and then under construction you can keep up-to-date with WaterGarden in our forum threads, linked below.
