Excavation is nearing completion at the new Art Condos. Located in the west end at 44 Dovercourt Rd, the 11 storey condo is being developed by Triangle West Development.

Here we see the remaining ramp that requires excavating.

Design for the project is by Oleson Worland Architects and Hariri Pontarini Architects with interiors by 3rd Uncle Design.
