Victory Condos is slowly coming together. The 12 storey condo, located at 478 King West, is starting to reveal features such as this cool looking alleyway.

The project, a large part of which is hidden behind its neighbour on King, obviously found an innovative way to deal with this fact. The developers promise to make the alleyway a 'landscaped promenade' which will access 3,500 sq ft of ground floor retail.

The area depicted in the photo above is the area on the left side of the model.

Developed by BLVD Development (a sister company of Lifetime Developments), the project was designed by Wallman Architects.
