There's a new low-rise condo development coming to 1205 Queen Street West. Q Loft, as it is being called, will be a 8 storey building sitting right at Queen and Dufferin. Renderings of the project surfaced today as did the building's website.

Developed by Royal Queen Developments, this cool looking project was designed by Tact Design.

Another great addition to the city.
