As excavation continues at the Hullmark Centre the vast scope of the job becomes clearer by the day. Five underground levels mean a massive pit is coming to the southeast corner of Yonge and Sheppard. Not only is it a big project but they'll need to deal with two subway lines and stations that run along the west and north sides of the site.

The site also includes a subway spur that links the Yonge line with the Sheppard line. The edge of that tunnel can be seen in this image by UrbanToronto member NYk Drne. The tunnel defines the northwest corner of the excavation.

The two tower mixed-use building will contain 44 and 35 storey condo towers above a podium featuring retail and office uses. Developed by Tridel and Hullmark, the project was designed by Kirkor Architects. Here's what to expect when completed. Sexy!
