The deal stipulates that Corus Entertainment will remain the main tenent in the building, will extend its 20-year lease and have the option to renew later on.

The 8-storey building at 25 Dockside Drive was opened in 2010 as a major component in the revitalization of Toronto's East Bayfront. It was designed by Toronto's Diamond Schmitt Architects, is LEED Gold Certified, and features ground level TV and radio studios, a green roof, 3-storey slide, public art display by UK's Troika, and adjacent restaurant and public space. Approximately 1,000 people are now employed in the building.
