Excavation work has begun on Waterlink at Pier 27. The four condo buildings, each 14 storeys tall, are being developed by Cityzen and Fernbrook Homes. Located right on the waterfront at 25 Queen's Quay East, the project was designed by architectsAlliance. While somewhat controversial due to the location (some wanted something less condo and more iconic at the foot of Yonge Street) the buildings are sure to look quite interesting.
