7 City Centre condos is coming to Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (formerly Vaughan City Centre).

Developed by Royal Lane Homes Developments, this Kirkor Architects designed project features three 34-storey towers and two 35-storey towers which will bring a whole new level of density to the area.

Today it's just a plan, but soon the area at Jane and Highway 7 will look something like this:

There are many who think the Spadina Subway extension to Vaughan is a waste, but the Vaughan stop will be located just west of 7 City Centre and bring a high level of density to the area. This is an to be an area we will be watching.
