Liberty Village continues to grow with Liberty Village Towers and Bliss Condominiums, developed by CanAlfa and designed by IBI/HB. They appear well along in their construction in this photograph from the Gardiner Expressway by UrbanToronto member Solaris. Cladding on Liberty Village Towers appears almost complete here, while Bliss remains several more floors from finishing its rise.

The neighbourhood, south of King Street West and west of Strachan Avenue, was merely derelict industrial land a decade ago, but is now a thriving community made up of both new buildings and adaptively repurposed and renovated older ones. Older warehouses, factories, and plants have become new homes, offices, stores, and restaurants. Residents and workers enjoy the area's vibe and closeness to downtown and revitalized neighbourhoods to the north.
