60 Richmond St East is the latest addition to the City Of Toronto social housing stock. And what a beauty it is. Designed by Teeple Architects, it is drawing some might fine comments here at Urban Toronto. For example, UT member Irish Monk is quoted as saying "An absolute masterpiece.
