There's a new Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Toronto growing on the northeast corner of Bay and Yorkville Avenue. Developed by Menkes and Lifetime Developments, this mixed hotel/condo consists of 52 and 26 storey towers. Once completed the existing Four Seasons location at Avenue Road is slated to be torn down and replaced by condos. More on that in a future piece. Here are some recent construction pictures as taken by UT member drum118.

From a little further back you can see Four Seasons in the foreground with the Uptown and Crystal Blu condos rising in the background. Some heavy density coming to the area.

And finally, here are some renders of what the project is expected to look like when completed.
