We have been averaging about 100 a month though as of January 18th we already had 83 new members join.

Oh, never mind, I thought this was one of many forums that restricts the search function to members. In those cases, some non-member could be looking for some specific information and stumble upon the forum, not planning on registering, but ultimately register to use that search function.

I'm wondering if all these newbies are realtors desperate to promote condo sales? Maybe a sign many are fighting for sales in a falling market?

On the otherhand, maybe UT is starting to become mainstream, drawing real estate agents, all these condo owners etc? Whatever the reasons, it's gonna become more fun.
