No Neptune will be closer to the buildings in the back of that picture. The one under construction there is the taller of the two west harbour city towers. Those are the ones that look like smaller versions of the Rockefeller tower in New York -I believe its the GE tower.
 
I must say Waterpark City tower 1, Neptune 1, and 18 Yonge are extremely similar....
 
So there's a lane between the project and the park and the driveway isn't allowed to exit into the lane? So it has an awkward turnaround under the podium? What's up with that?
