Per Retail Insider, they've landed Her Majesty's Pleasure as the 2nd floor retail tenant here. This will be their second location; their King St. spot is always rammed.

From the article: Her Majesty’s Pleasure™ will occupy about 2,400 square feet on the third floor, with an additional 900 square foot outdoor terrace overlooking Yorkville Avenue. Below it will be three retail CRUs, with one of them which is confirmed for a two-level 2,400 square foot Jimmy Choo flagship, which will open towards the end of 2018.

Took a stroll through the old Hazelton Lanes, it's really turning the corner IMO. Interesting retail, a new Chase resto, high-end seating and planters. The Whole Food & Equinox anchors always offered strong potential. The shoppers I saw sauntering around looked very well-heeled, 60+, I suspect they are residents of the Annex. Also the Amazon-WF takeover has added some buzz. These people know what they are doing.
