Lago works for me, above the podium. They weren't design architects on 109 OZ, that was RAW.Your first clue was that the building was designed by Graziani + Corazza Architects. The only projects of theirs that have turned out semi-well are 109 OZ and Couture, while they have left us with such noticeable clunkers as Aura, Fly, Residences of College Park, and DNA3.
