Any predictions on when this one will be done? I'm thinking another 12 months left to go.

The first floor and amenities floor on the second floor are taking a long time. After that it should rise faster. They should be able to get one floor done per week. They're currently working on the third floor now I believe. I was going to take photos today, but crappy weather, and a mix of not feeling well nixed that plan.

I don't know why they did that on that side. I'm sure it's going to be cladded though, which hopefully will make it look a bit better. Maybe they'll put fake windows...

This one is really starting to make it's presence known.

The devloper is requesting Temporary Road Closure – Enfield Place from Matthews Gate to a point 60 metres (197 feet) northerly thereof at June 30 General committee meeting.

The City is allowing this.

This way, the developer get rid of the rent a Cop while concrete trucks unload.

They did this a few weeks ago as well.

It has been close when they are pouring concrete.
