Curious if they've begun work here. The project website states that occupancy is expected for Fall 2022.

The latest possible street view on Google from Oct 2020 only shows that the site has been fenced off:

Funny that there'd been no shots in nearly a year… and now two of us updating in a weekend! Yesterday…

So no work on the surrounding townhomes yet, but the reworking of the old Blue Goose is underway.

That is funny. Hopefully it’s not a year until the next update!

I'm curious about what's up with the lack of movement on the townhomes. Whether it's a matter of not reaching enough sales, or an issue with the developer.

Slow progress based on previous photos. This photo taken Friday. I see where they are looking for lease applications for Resturant rentals…I wonder if the build will feature any ‘iconic’ ’ Blue Goose legacy items.
