Above the podium, this building is going to look just fine with its simple white stripe at each balcony slab edge, and with the building's neutral windows and back-painted glass spandrel and dark frame and mullion cladding being of a similar dark tone, it's all rather elegant.
Our skyline genuinely would look better if Daniels & GP didn’t try to pull off a cute half-baked balcony design which did nothing but reveal how cheap and sad the window wall is underneath.
The architecture for most the buildings at Humber bay are terrible.
Most of the buildings will NOT age well bringing down the resale values of these condos.
