This is the same developer as 'Post loft condos' in Leslieville. Post loft Condos has never taken off so to speak. I don't know what happened? Anyone here know?

I would say it’s financial. I checked, and there are permits for Post Lofts in the city website. And there are listings on MLS to sell them. I think it’s just delayed. Just my opinion from what I see. Builder probably needed to get one off the ground before the other started.

Still no piles on the south end due to site complexity of building on a hill. They rebuilt a ramp to get the pile driver down to the south end. Meanwhile, excavating on the east side (shown here) so the tie backs can start. (2 levels of tie backs). Slow and steady wins the race?

Is anyone planning to sign the amendment with the new outside occupancy date of December 2025? Not sure why we would sign away our compensation for the delay.

Interim update: Grove builder has pulled out due to a disagreement- the signs have been taken down from the site. Wonder if/when he’s going to tell us about this?

Yup. Work has stopped again. Nothing for a month. Still not finished excavation. @davebenoit88 Any particular reason you think this?
