The podium is good; the tower spandrel is so clean it's inoffensive IMHO. But would have been standout with concrete or brick precast instead.

Watching them rebuild the heritage building that used to house the entrance to Toronto's only gay club, knowing it's just gonna become like a weed store or a nail salon (or something else equally generic), is so depressing. We're just slowly becoming a giant vertical suburb with no nightlife or culture.
