It looks boring, but Options for Homes does good work in building high-quality affordable housing options.

Options for homes buildings are usually boring. That's part of being affordable. They aren't offensive though either. I wish there was more being built by them or others like them, they do good work.

The developer is Options for Homes. I don't have info on the construction management company building it though.

If it is Options, then the construction company must be Tridel / Deltera
